We are OOH WOW®
At Ooh Wow Nutrition, everything starts with your labs. We believe in the power of knowledge and that’s what labs are - data. When we know your data points, you know exactly what your body needs, where to make changes and how supplements can help fill the gaps and start making you feel better.Â
Get answers about what's happening in your body.
Book a get-to-know-you call! We’ll listen to your health concerns, share how we can help, and guide you on next steps. If labs haven’t been done yet, we’ll start there.
Get a customized protocol to begin to fix what's off.
Once we identify what’s holding you back, we’ll create a custom plan with natural recommendations, targeted supplements, practical nutrition, simple lifestyle changes, and full support.
Get on with life, feeling better than ever.
As you progress, we fine-tune your protocol. When finished, you’ll have tools, a personalized maintenance plan, education, and a team supporting your long-term health.
Stephanie Kuehne ACN, CHC
Stephanie Kuehne entered the field of clinical nutrition through her own personal experience. After meeting her husband, a chiropractor and clinical nutritionist, she became more interested in this approach to health and transitioned into working with one of the top nutraceutical companies in the U.S., where she trained doctors on diagnostics and nutrition.
During that time, she also faced her own challenges with hormones, weight, and cystic acne. Searching for answers—and ultimately finding them—changed not only her health, but the way she approaches care. Her work today is grounded, practical, and focused on helping women understand what is going on in their body and how to support it effectively.
Stephanie’s approach centers on identifying what may be interfering with optimal function and creating personalized plans that support hormones, metabolism, digestion, and energy. She focuses on making the process clear and manageable, so clients feel confident in what they are doing and why.
Today, she works alongside her husband and their team to help clients improve their health through a more targeted, individualized approach.
Outside the clinic, Stephanie focuses her time on Olympic weightlifting and staying active, reflecting her commitment to long-term health.
Dr. Dan Kuehne, DC, BS, ACN
Dr. Dan Kuehne has been in practice since 2002, with over two decades of experience helping patients improve their health. Early in his career, he began incorporating nutrition into his work, and by around 2010–2011, his focus shifted into a more advanced clinical nutrition approach.
Today, his work centers on identifying what may be interfering with how the body functions and helping patients restore balance through targeted nutritional support. He looks closely at factors such as digestion, nutrient status, stress, and inflammation, and adjusts care based on how each patient responds over time.
Patients often come in feeling like they’ve tried multiple approaches without clear answers. Dr. Dan’s goal is to simplify that process — helping patients understand what’s going on and creating a plan that is specific to their needs.
Dr. Dan is known for being personable and easy to talk to, and he takes the time to make patients feel comfortable and understood. He has worked extensively with women navigating concerns such as hormones, energy, digestion, and stress, and is experienced in tailoring care in a way that feels supportive and individualized.
His approach to care typically focuses on:
- Identifying underlying stressors such as food sensitivities, gut dysfunction, and inflammatory triggers
- Supporting nutrient status with targeted supplementation based on individual needs
- Improving system function, including digestion, blood sugar balance, and energy regulation
- Addressing the impact of stress on the body, including patterns that may affect recovery and overall resilience
Dr. Dan holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Rutgers Business School, a Doctorate of Chiropractic from Life University, and a postgraduate certification in clinical nutrition from Texas Chiropractic College. He has completed extensive advanced training and has taught other practitioners his approach to care.
His philosophy is that the body is designed to function well, but optimal health depends on identifying what is interfering with that function and providing the right support to restore balance.
